| The Deline Land Corporation was initially established as one of the governing bodies of the Sahtu claim for the Deline Community. It is involved in negotiations for self-government and is a signatory to the Deline Self-Government Agreement-in-Principle 2003 (AIP). The Land Corporation is involved in any decisions regarding land use in the claim area. Pursuant to the terms of the AIP, the Land Corporation will cease to exist and will be replaced at the Effective Date by the Deline First Nation Government. |
