IMMY WAVEHILL (ON BEHALF OF THE WUBALAWUN GROUP, THE JALALABAYN GROUP, THE BADPA (DALY WATERS) GROUP AND THE LIWAJA GROUP are the Applicant in the native title determination Wavehill v Northern Territory of Australia [2013] FCA 1086. The decision of the Federal Court on 29 October 2013 held that native title existed in parts of the determination area, consisting of non-exclusive rights over land and waters.
