Summary Information:
The Inuvialuit Regional Corporation is the economic body set up to administer the rights and benefits of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement. Its mandate is to 'improve the economic, social and cultural well-being of the Inuvialuit' by implementing the provisions of the Final Agreement.

The Inuvialuit Regional Corporation is the umbrella body for the Inuvialuit Corporate Group. Its subsidiaries include Inuvialuit Development Corporation, Inuvialuit Investment Corporation, Inuvialuit Petroleum Corporation, Inuvialuit Land Corporation and Inuvialuit Land Administration. The IRC board of directors is constituted by elected representatives of each Inuvialuit community.
