The Rubibi Aboriginal Land, Heritage and Development Company (ACN 071 882 990) of Lot 102 Broome Road, Broome, Western Australia was formed out of the Rubibi Working Group, a representative group for the claimants to the Broome Native Title Claims. The three main groups, the Yawuru, Djugun and Goolarabooloo, came together to form the Rubibi Working Group, which was later incorporated as the Rubibi Land, Heritage and Development Company Pty Ltd.

The Company is a signatory to the Broome Tropical Aquaculture Park Management Agreement, in its capacity as trustee for the Rubibi Aboriginal Charitable Trust.
