Summary Information:
The Patta Warumungu people established non- exclusive native title rights and interests over land in the Northern territory in Patta Warumungu People v Northern Territory of Australia [2007] FCA 1386.

They have subsequently negotiated an ILUA with the Central Land Council, Global Port Solutions Pty Ltd and the Northern Territory of Australia which provides for the construction of a bulk handling facility.
