	The ILUA covers an area of approximately 39 square kilometres and is situated approximately 42 kilometres north-east of Mount Isa. This area is located within the Cloncurry Shire Council and the Gulf & West Queensland Indigenous Regional Council. The Agreement Area corresponds to EPM14422. It is described as Graticular Blocks NORM 3051 sub-block Z, 3052 sub-clock V, 3123 sub-block P, T, U, Y and Z and 3124 sub-clock A, B, F, L and Q (as defined on the Normanton Graticular Index Map).

Summary Information:
The Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) for EPM14422 allows the grant of an exploration permit to William Croydon Pty Ltd by the Queensland government. The ILUA acknowledges the consent of the parties to the granting of the Exploration Permit and exploration done in accordance with that permit. The parties agree that the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) do not apply, as the alternative consultation provisions are to be followed instead. Without this agreement, the grant would have been invalid and the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) would apply. Under this Act any activity, such as a grant of land, that may affect native title rights is defined as a "future act" and must comply with the future act provisions of the Act in order to be valid. The ILUA relates only to Exploration Permit 14422 and continues until the end of the term of the permit, which includes any renewals or extensions of the permit.
