    Detailed Information:
    Working in concert with Balkanu, Cape York Development Corporation, IEP ensures that financial and other resources are matched to recipient needs and that partnerships are effective for all participants. IEP has developed community partnerships with a range of organisations including Cape York regional and community organisations and families, corporations such as The Body Shop, The Boston Consulting Group and Westpac, philanthropists such as The Myer Foundation and the Foundation for Young Australians, and a range of individual volunteers and donors. The patron of IEP is the Right Honourable Sir Ninian Stephen. The Board consists of both voluntary directors from a range of private sector organisations and Indigenous representatives. IEP has undertaken a range of projects to date including the Family Income Management Project, the Cape York Digital Network, Cape York Youth Network, Weipa Multipurpose Training Centre, Boys from the Bush, Small Family Business Development, Regional Business Developments, and Change Management and Personal Development Programs.
