The Queensland Boulder Opal Association Inc is an industry body representing the interests of opal miners and of its members. The primary role of the Association is to ensure that the legislative and regulatory bodies controlling the opal mining industry have policies appropriately suited to the needs of the industry and to the promotion of opal products.
