	The Agreement area is located in the Township of Dunolly and covers an area of about 3.3 hectares. The Agreement area covers Crown Allotment 32A Section D, Crown Allotment 6C Section 32D, part Crown Allotment 2A Section 32D and parts of unused government road and Barkly Road abutting Crown Allotment 2A Section 32D Township of Dunolly, Parish of Dunolly, County of Gladstone. The Agreement falls within the Shire of Central Goldfields.

Legal Status:	Registered with the National Native Title Tribunal on the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 17 August 2001. This is an authorised Area Agreement under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth).

Summary Information:
The Dunolly Vineyard Indigenous Land Use Agreement enables a vineyard in central Victoria to be expanded. The Dja Dja Wurrung native title claim group of the area agree to a grant of Crown Land Licences under the Land Act 1958 (Vic), which provides more land for Dunnolly Ridge Estate's Vineyards. Without this agreement, the grant would have been invalid and the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) (NTA) would apply. Under the NTA any activity, such as a grant of land, that may affect native title rights is defined as a 'future act' and must comply with the future act provisions of the act in order to be valid.
