The Agreement between Queensland Health, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) and Bidgerdii Community Health Service ('the Agreement') was signed on 9 May 2002 in Rockhampton. The Agreement is designed to enable the parties to cooperate in addressing Indigenous health issues. It 'is the first of its kind in Queensland' (ABC 2002).
