The Aboriginal Summit is a representative negotiating body whose membership includes the Akaitcho Territory Government, the Gwich’in Tribal Council, the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation, the North Slave Métis Alliance, the Northwest Territory Métis Nation, the Sahtu Dene Council/Sahtu Secretariat Incorporated and the Tlicho as represented by the Dogrib Treaty 11 Council. It is signatory to the Memorandum of Intent on Devolution and Resource Revenue Sharing 2001 and the Northwest Territories Lands and Resources Devolution Framework Agreement 2004.
