'Queensland Lapidary and Allied Craft Clubs Association Incorporated (QLACCA INC) is made up of 35 member clubs and is a member of the Australian Federation of Lapidary & Allied Craft Associations Incorporated. The hobbies and crafts represented by the member clubs include: Fossicking - gemstones, opal, minerals, fossils, crystals, thunder-eggs, petrified wood. Lapidary - cabochons, facetting, fancy cuts, carving, engraving of gemstones & semi-precious stones. Mineralology - collection, recognition and display of minerals.
