The Kaurareg Native Title Aboriginal Corporation is the registered native title body corporate nominated as the agent of the Kaurareg People in dealing with their native title as determined by consent in Kaurareg People v Queensland [2001] FCA 657 (23 May 2001). The Kaiwalagal Aboriginal Corporation was the original nominated body corporate but was not registered with the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations. |
