Banbai Enterprises Ltd is composed of traditional owners of the northeast New South Wales region and Banbai descendants. It owns the Wattletree property which was purchased on its behalf by the Indigenous Land Corporation (ILC) in 1998 and which was declared an Indigenous Protected Area (IPA) in 2001.
