Summary Information:
The Coober Pedy Area School was formed in 1960. The School now has a transient enrolment of between 400 and 500 students. The School population consists of approximately 30% Aboriginal students, 22% Anglo-Australian students, 15% Former Yugoslavia students, 16% Greek students, with the remaining 17% of the school being comprised of 35 different nationalities.
