'The Perth Diocesan Trustees is a body corporate incorporated under the Anglican Church of Australia (Diocesan Trustees) Act 1888 (a Western Australian Act of Parliament). The Trustees are also governed by The Diocesan Trustees’ Statute 1952-1990' (Anglican Diocese of Perth Website, January 2007)
The Perth Diocesan Trustees is a named respondent to the native title claim WC03/5, which was subject to the decision of Bennell v State of Western Australia [2006] FCA 1243. |
