| The Consolidated Pastoral Company Pty Ltd ('CPC') is a party to the Ord Final Agreement Indigenous Land Use Agreement. Formed in 1983, CPC is a subsidiary of Kerry Packer's Consolidated Press Holdings Ltd. It is one of Australia's largest privately owned cattle companies, holding 17 properties. CPC's website states that its mission is to '[d]eliver an efficiently produced, quality assured product to our customers through the environmentally sustainable use of all company resources by skilled employees.'
It is also a respondent party to Wallace on behalf of the Boonthamurra People v State of Queensland [2015] FCA 600. |
