The Mitakoodi-Juhnjlar Aboriginal Corporation has as its principal object ‘to promote the respect and recognition of the Mitakoodi Peoples and their descendants’ traditional affiliation to [Mitakoodi] lands and waters… and their traditional cultural rights and responsibilities associated with those lands and waters.’
