The Injarnyala Aboriginal Corporation was nominated by Justice Olney to be the registered native title body corporate for the members of the Mandilarri-Ildugij, the Mangalara, the Murran, the Gadura-Minaga, and the Ngaynjaharr clans to act as their agent in dealing with their native title rights and interests as determined by litigation in Yarmirr v Northern Territory (Unreported, FCA, 4 September 1998, Olney J). However, this corporation was not been accepted by the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations for registration as an Aboriginal corporation. |
