Summary Information:
Perilya Ltd is a diversified mining and exploration company based in Perth, Western Australia. It has interests in gold, base metals, oil and gas. It has exploration projects in Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland and Sabah, Malaysia. It acquired the Broken Hill lead, zinc and silver mine in New South Wales from Pasminco Limited in May 2002. Perilya Ltd has also invested in a 30% interest in unlisted oil and gas explorer Strike Oil N.L., which has exploration permits in the Carnarvon, Otway, Cooper/Eromanga and Surat/Gunnedah Basins.
