| The Porepunkah Crown Land Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between Kenneth A Stewart and Dianna Travis for and on behalf of the Dhuudoroa Native Title Group (APPLICANT); Enzone Pty Ltd; and the State of Victoria. The ILUA was registered on 19 June 2007.
The purpose of the ILUA is to provide for the surrender and extinguishment of all Dhuudhoroa native title rights and interests in the ILUA area, and the grant of the area in fee simple to Enzone Pty Ltd.

| This ILUA includes agreement that 'future acts' may be done. The parties also agree that the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) do not apply to future acts, as the alternative consultation provisions are to be followed instead. Under this Act any activity, such as a grant of land, that may affect native title rights is defined as a ‘future act’ and must comply with the future act provisions of the Act in order to be valid.
The parties to the ILUA consent to the grant in fee simple and development of the land by Enzone Pty Ltd. According to Native Title Services Victoria, the ILUA ‘provides mechanisms through which the traditional owner group’s connection to the area is recognised and respected.’
