The Githabul Nation Aboriginal Corporation is the registered native title body corporate nominated as trustee of the Githabul People's native title as determined by consent in Trevor Close on behalf of the Githabul People v Minister for Lands [2007] FCA 1847 (29 November 2007) 

The Corporation can also carry out the functions of a Cultural Heritage Body under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003 (Qld).
