| According to its 'objects', the Hopevale Community Learning Centre Aboriginal Corporation's purpose is to:
1. ‘Provide the facilities and activities which encourage the teaching, learning and sharing of community historical and cultural knowledge;
2. Provide a CDEP workplace with meaningful activities which cultivate interest and pride in our traditional cultural heritage, our community history, family history and environment;
3. Provide facilities and activities which encourage opportunities to learn new and different skills;
4. Provide support for community artists;
5. Create a gallery and shop to exhibit community arts and crafts; and
6. Promote the art and dance of Hope Vale in the wider community.'
