Summary Information:
Gumatj Aboriginal Corporation is an organisation formed to exercise the rights and represent the interests of the Gumatj People of northeast Arnhem land. Galarrwuy Yunupingu, a former chairman of the Northern Land Council and Australian of the Year in 1978, is an elder of the Gumatj People.
