The area subject to this agreement covers about 0.16 hectares and is located approximately 76 kilometres north east of Thursday Island on Warraber Island as shown on the locality map. The agreement covers Lease H on Plan SP180031 which is within Lot 4 on Plan TS171.
The area of the ILUA also falls within the jurisdiction of the Local Government Authrority of Warraber Island Council.|

|The parties to the ILUA consent:
- to construction acts and the grant of the Trustee Lease taking place without objection or opposition from the Warraberalgal People;
- that no compensation is payable in relation to the construction acts or grant of the Trustee Lease;
- that, as far as is applicable, the non-extinuishment principle applies to the construction acts and the grant of the Trustee Lease. |
