| The Western Cape Commmunities Trust was established to manage the funds and annual contributions made by Comalco and the Queensland Government under the Comalco Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) (Western Cape Communities Co-existence Agreement) which was signed on 24 August 2001.
