The Kuuku Ya'u Kanthanampu Aboriginal Corporation is the registered native title body corporate nominated as trustee of the Kuuku Ya'u People's native title as determined by consent in Kuuku Ya'u People v State of Queensland [2009] FCA 679 and Wuthathi, Kuuku Ya'u and Northern Kaanju People v State of Queensland [2015] FCA 381. This corporation was formerly known as the Northern Kuuku Ya'u Kanthanampu Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations). |
