The full name of this party to the Croydon Shire Council/Tagalaka People - True Blue Tourist Facility Indigenous Land Use Agreement (National Native Title Tribunal File No. QI2009/068) is "Janet Busch, Bill Fortune, Janet Owens, Maureen Douglas, Beverley Bowyang and Gladys Callope on their own behalf and on behalf of the Tagalaka People #2." The Tagalaka People are parties to a registered native title claim over approximately 35,570 square kilometres of land and waters in North Queensland. The claim was filed in the Federal Court of Australia as proceeding QUD 5020 of 2001.
