The full name of this party to the Gangalidda and Garawa Peoples Cliffdale Pastoral Lease Indigenous Land Use Agreement (National Native Title Tribunal File No. QI2010/026) and the Gangalidda and Garawa Peoples Escott Pastoral Lease Indigenous Land Use Agreement (National Native Title Tribunal File No. QI2010/025) is "Murray Walden Jnr, Clara Foster, Jacky Green, Terrance Taylor and Jack Hogan on behalf of the Gangalidda and Garawa Peoples." The Gangalidda and Garawa Peoples were the native title claimants in the Gangalidda and Garawa Peoples (QC04/5) and the Gangalidda and Garawa Peoples 2 (QC05/3) claims. Parts of these two claims were settled in a consent determination dated 23 June 2010 by the Federal Court of Australia, where the Gangalidda and Garawa Peoples were recognised as having exclusive and non-exclusive native title rights and interests over land in Far North Queensland.
