| Details of the Agreement
Commencement

Agreement
The Agreement operates to provide the parties' consent to specified 'Agreed Acts'. These 'Agreed Acts' are outlined in the Extract as follows:
a) The surrender to the Northern Territory of all native title rights and interests in the land within the ILUA Area;
b) The surrender of native title under the ILUA is intended to extinguish all native title rights and interests in the Land, in accordance with s 24EB(1)(d) Native Title Act 1993 (Cth);
Future Acts
The Central Land Council consents to the grant of freehold title over, and infrastructure construction on, the Land to the extent that such grant or construction would constitute a future act.
