	The agreement covers an area of about 304 sq km, located approximately 98 km east of Dajarra in the State of Queensland. The Agreement Area includes part of the Lease Area which is contained within the external boundaries of the Claim Area in the Native Title Claim, being all land and waters subject to the Federal Court Proceedings QUD 189 of 2010.

The Yulluna People and Starcross Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between: - Inova Resources Cloncurry Mines Pty Ltd; and - Brian Sullivan, Valerie Punch, Hazel Sullivan, Stan Sullivan and Allan Naumann on their own behalf and on behalf of the Yulluna People #3 on 18 July 2014. The purpose of this Area Agreement is to provide access to the pastoral area and to set out a consultation protocol.

Details of the Agreement The ILUA was registered with the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) on 18 July 2014. The Extract does not specify specific start or end dates for the Agreement. However, the Extract does note that the Agreement takes effect of the date of determination of native title in favour of the Yulluna People. The Agreement will continue in effect until: (a) the date of expiry of the Lease term; or (b) the date of surrender, resumption, forfeiture or termination of the Lease; or (c) the date of removal of the Agreement from the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements. Native Title Provisions The Extract notes that there are no statements within the Agreement of the kind which are mentioned in 24EB(1) or 24EBA(1) or (4) of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth). This means that the ILUA does not: - provide consent for the doing of any acts by non-native title parties; - effect the right of the native title parties to negotiate with non-native title parties proposing to undertake a future act; nor - validate any previous future acts. Native Title in the ILUA Area The Agreement Area includes part of the Lease Area which is contained within the external boundaries of the Claim Area in the Native Title Claim, being all land and waters subject to the Federal Court Proceedings QUD 189 of 2010. The Yulluna People�s Native Title Application QUD6012/99 was registered on 20th April 1999. The claim area is approximately 3,392 square kilometres. The Yulluna People #2 Native Title Application QUD6004/02 was registered on 5th July 2002. The claim area is approximately 1,027 square kilometres.
