Louise Ann Battye and Richard John Harries are party to the Kullilli People / Wirrala Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) registered with the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) on 5 December 2014.
They are also applicants to the Budjiti People/Wiralla Indigenous Land Use Agreement ILUA registered with the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) on 23 November 2015.
