Brian Sidney Betts, Jill Elizabeth Betts and Brian John Betts are party to the Kullilli People/Kyeenee Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA). This ILUA was registered with the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) on 5 December 2014.
They are also applicants to the Budjiti People/Jandell and Kyeenee Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA). This ILUA was registered with the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) on 23 November 2015.
