	The Agreement Area means the geographical area to which this Agreement applies , being the whole of Pastoral Lease Number 2390 recorded in Crown Lease Register Book Volume 1327 Folio 10 known as Alton Downs (excluding all public roads) and the whole of Pastoral Lease Number 2413 recorded in Crown Lease Register Book Volume 1323 Folio 33 known as Andrewilla (excluding all public roads).

Commencement This ILUA was registered with the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 13 January 2015. The Extract does not provide a specific start or end date for the Agreement. However, the Extract notes that the Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and continues indefinitely unless it is terminated or deregistered. The Commencement Date is defined as the date on which the Agreement is registered and entered on the register, being 13 January 2015.
