	The Agreement Area means the geographical area to which this Agreement applies , being all the land and waters within that portion of Pastoral Lease Number PE2528 recorded in Crown Lease Register Book Volume 1607 Folio 55 known as Macumba (excluding all existing public roads) within the external boundary of native title determination application SAD6016/98 - The Wangkangurru/Yarluyandi Native Title Claim (SC97/3) as amended on 13 November 2009, being an area north of a line defined as: - Commencing at a point along the centreline of the Macumba River at Longitude 136.927790� East and extending generally north westerly along the centreline of that river to the junction with the Alberga River and Stevenson Creek.

Legal Status:	Registered with the National Native Title Tribunal on the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 13 January 2015. This is a Body Corporate Agreement under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth).
