	The Agreement Area means the whole of Pastoral Lease Number 2414 recorded in Crown Lease Register Book Volume 1342 Folio 26 known as Koodnanie (excluding all existing public reads) and portion of Pastoral Lease Number 2389 recorded in Crown Lease Register Book Volume 1311 Folio 41 [known as Cowarie] (excluding all existing public roads) within the external boundary of native title determination application SAD6016/98 - The Wangkangurru/Yarluyandi Native Title Claim (SC97/3) as accepted for registration on 13 November 2009, being an area northwest of a line defined as: - Commencing at Longitude 139.367244 East, Latitude 26.953967 South, being a north western corner of native title determination application SAD6017/98 Dieri Native Title Claim (SC97/4), then south westerly and westerly along boundaries of that application through Longitude 138.719232 East, Latitude 27.787831 South to the centreline of the Warburton River at Longitude 138.102550 East, Latitude 27.864510 South.
