The Hopevale Congress of Clans was established to represent the native titleholders of the Hopevale Consent Determination. Three Prescribed Body Corporates including the Dhubbiwarra Aboriginal Corporation, the Hopevale Congress Aboriginal Corporation and the Walmbaar Aboriginal Corporation have since taken over its responsibilities.
