Signatories: Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSW LHD) North Coast Primary Health Network Northern NSW Bullinah Aboriginal Health Service Bulgarr Ngaru Medical Aboriginal Corporation NSW Police – Northern Region NSW Department of Education and Communities Aboriginal Learning Circle – North Coast Institute of Technical and Further education NSW Family and Community Services – Northern District
Detailed Information:
Commitments under the Agreement include: - Each party agrees to implement the Plan and report on progress through their respective established reporting practices; - The Plan will be rolled out over 5 years; - The Manager NNSW LHD Aboriginal Health will host yearly meetings of all parties to report on progress against the Plan; and - The Northern NSW Aboriginal Health Partnership and NNSW LHD Health Services Development Committee will oversee progress against the Plan and its evaluation.
