| The Agreement was to be consistently implemented with the objectives and outcomes of all National Agreements and National Partnerships, particularly the 'National Partnership on Remote Service Delivery' (which had 15 priority communities in the Northern Territory).
The Agreement transitions the NTER to a three year development phase, maintaining core NTER measures while placing a greater emphasis on community engagement and building capability within Indigenous communities (Clause 5). | |
