The Batchelor Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between: - Gabriel Hazelbane, David George Yates, Katye Felice McGuiness and Ada Calma;
- the Northern Land Council; and
- the Northern Territory of Australia.
The agreement area is about 10 sq km and comprises all land and waters within the Town of Batchelor. The purpose of the ILUA is to provide consent for a range of acts, whether or not they are 'future acts' regarding the extinguishment of all native title rights and interests in the land held by the Warai and Kungarakany
Groups The Native title Representative Body for the area is the Northern Land Council.
