The Blackwater Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between the Gaangalu Nation People and the State of Queensland. The purpose of the ILUA is for the extinguishment of native title rights over lots owned by the state government in the agreement area. The attached written description of the map provides details of the specific lot numbers that are impacted by this ILUA.  The agreement area is within the external boundary of the claim area for the Gaangalu Nation People. The Native Title Representative Body is Queensland South Native Title Services Ltd.
