The Agreement was intended to end in 2000, but the parties later agreed to a two-year extension to allow for a review (Jardine-Orr, Spring and Anda 2004, 21).
The Agreement was replaced in 2002 by the Agreement for the Provision of Housing Infrastructure for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People in Western Australia (July 2002 - June 2007).
