    Detailed Information:
    The Barngarla Native Title Claim was determined by the Federal Court of Australia on 23 June 2016 in Croft on behalf of the Barngarla Native Title Claim Group v State of South Australia (No 2) [2016] FCA 724 (see Federal Court Number(s): SAD6011/1998; NNTT Number: SCD2016/001). While native title was determined to exist in parts of the determination area it did not take effect until the date of an amended order on 6 June 2018.
