The Nyiyaparli People #3 are party to the Nyiyaparli People #3 and BHP Billiton Comprehensive Agreement - Further Indigenous Land Use Agreement (National Native Title Tribunal File No.: WI2015/011); and the FMG-Nyiyaparli Land Access Indigenous Land Use Agreement (National Native Title Tribunal File No.: WI2016/003. The native title rights and interests of the Nyiyaparli People and the Nyiyaparli People #3 were recognised, on 26 September 2018, in the consent determination Stock on behalf of the Nyiyaparli People v State of Western Australia (No 5) [2018] FCA 1453. |
