The Eringa Native Title Native Title Claim Group are those Lower Southern Arrernte persons and Yankunytjatjara and/or Luritja persons who identify as such, and are recognised by other native title holders under traditional law and custom as having a traditional connection to the determination area. The Eringa Native Title Group's native title rights and interests were recognised in the Federal Court of Australia (FCA) consent determination King on behalf of the Eringa Native Title Claim Group v State of South Australia [2011] FCA 1386 (FCA) File Nos.: SAD6010, SAD2010; National Native Tribunal No.: SCD2011/003). |
