QC2015/010). A consent determination was made regarding this claim on 1 August 2018 which recognised that native title exists in parts of the determination area.

These people are also signatory to the Girramay People #2 and Cassowary Coast Regional Council ILUA, National Native Title Tribunal No.: QI2018/017.
