Summary Information:
The Shire of Yalgoo covers approx 33,257 sq kms of the Murchison Goldfields area of Western Australia's mid west region. Yalgoo became a shire on 1 July 1960. With a population of about 400 people, the main industries of the Shire are mining and pastoralism.
