| The Northern Regional Development Board is an Incorporated Association. It is funded through a five year Resource Agreement with the South Australian State Government's Office of Regional Affairs, and the Local Government bodies in Northern South Australia. The Board is governed by nine members including a chairperson, all of whom are elected by the Local Government bodies in the region. |
