The Leeton and District Local Aboriginal Land Council (L&D LALC) was established under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983 (NSW) as the elected representative for the Indigenous community in the Leeton area. Their key function is to improve, protect and foster the best interests of all Aboriginal persons within the Council and other persons who are members of the Council. |
