The Kultju Aboriginal Corporation is the registered native title body corporate nominated as trustee of the Kultju claimants' title as determined by consent in Sceghi on behalf of the Kultju Native Title Claim Group v State of Western Australia [2019] FCA 1756. Its principal activities are land and waters management, managing native title rights and interests, and negotiating and monitoring Indigenous land use agreements (Corporation Extract from the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations). |
